No More strict rice/chicken only meal plans. According to your goals and needs , we will customize your meal plan. Habits and meal preference will also be taken in consideration. In addition to that you will also have more variety within every meal through out the day.
This way we can keep it fun , exciting and easy to achieve your goal.

Your workout plan will also be based on your experience and goal and will be carefully customized to keep the process challenging and exciting. You will receive a message after every update

How it all started

My tremendous passion towards health and fitness

In my younger years I have participated in various sports such as soccer, track and basketball, but at the age of 18 of 19 years I was introduced to the sport of bodybuilding. I was immediately attracted to the sport itself due to the diversity it has and also the changes you would see within yourself such as muscular growth but also mental growth. To achieve what ever you want to achieve you must be willing to improve and be better than the previous day.

Over the years I have gain lots of knowledge about nutrition and how the body functions. I know exactly how to help you reach your highest potential, break bad habits, improve your mental, discipline and gain confidence. As your personal trainer with a knowledge of training & balancing your diet/nutrition I’m going to help you achieve your desired physique.
